Return and Refund Policy

At Nova Mattress, we want every customer to receive the right mattress in good condition. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.
Return / Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong product, size, or variant
- The product is unused, clean, and in its original condition
For hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been used, stained, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
Custom-size mattresses, made-to-order products, and special orders are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damage or Wrong Product
If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos or video of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Return Pickup / Inspection
Returned products must be inspected by our team before approval. The product should be unused, clean, and in returnable condition.
If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item, Nova Mattress will arrange the replacement or pickup where service is available.
If the return is requested for any other reason, return pickup or transport charges may apply.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount.
Shipping charges, transport charges, and custom-order charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Nova Mattress.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the product is dispatched or made-to-order production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used mattresses
- Stained or damaged products
- Custom-size or made-to-order mattresses
- Products without proof of purchase
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation
