Delivery Locations

Nova Mattress delivers within Chennai and selected locations outside Chennai.

Free delivery is available within Chennai for eligible orders. Delivery outside Chennai may involve additional charges depending on the location, product size, and transport availability.

For locations outside Chennai, delivery charges and timelines will be confirmed before dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and product availability check.

Standard-size products are usually processed faster. Custom-size or made-to-order mattresses may require additional preparation time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Within Chennai: Usually within 2 to 7 business days.

Outside Chennai: Delivery timeline depends on the destination and logistics partner. The estimated timeline will be shared before dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to product availability, custom size requirements, weather, holidays, transport delays, or other factors outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Chennai delivery: Free for eligible orders.

Outside Chennai: Charges may apply and will be confirmed before dispatch.

If any additional delivery, transport, or handling charges apply, we will inform you before shipping the order.

Delivery Process

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.

Our delivery team or logistics partner may contact you before delivery. If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, delivery may be delayed and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Large Mattress Delivery

Please make sure there is enough space to move the mattress through staircases, lifts, doors, and corridors.

Nova Mattress is not responsible for delivery failure due to restricted access, incorrect measurements, or lack of entry space at the delivery address.

Damaged Package or Product

Please inspect the product at the time of delivery.

If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos or video of the product and packaging.

Do not use the product if you are raising a damage or wrong-product complaint.
